Before chowing down on a big meal, it’s only right to ease yourself into things! Some of the new favorite appetizers at Panorama Six82 include the Ponzu Glazed Pork Belly, Jasper Hill Harbison Cheese Board, and Clubhouse Chips.
The Ponzu Glazed Pork Belly provides a delightfully juicy and crispy bite and is served along with a jalapeno slaw, a yuzu marmalade, crispy wontons, and sesame seeds.
To share, the Harbison Cheese Board is a great option, served with creamy and rich spruce bark-wrapped Harbison cheese, raspberry preserves, almonds, and French bread. And lastly, the Clubhouse Chips, packed with a punch of flavor, are served with a Pimento cheese dip, bacon, and Pico de Gallo.

Chef Matt MacDonald has stepped up the sandwich game this season with some warm, fall-inspired favorites at Panorama Six82. Be sure to try the Braised Frijoles Burger, the Hoy Fung Crispy Chicken Sandwich, or Turkey Sandwich.
For those looking for a little kick of spice, the mouthwatering Braised Frijoles Burger at Panorama Six82 comes with a ground short rib brisket burger topped with Chipotle-braised black beans, Cotija cheese, and Pico de Gallo, on a brioche roll.
The Hoy Fung Crispy Chicken Sandwich is served with corn flake-crusted chicken breast, sriracha dry rub, jalapeno slaw, and cucumber, on a brioche roll. And the fall-inspired Turkey Sandwich, served with cranberry mayo, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and bacon on a ciabatta roll has become a new lunch favorite!
The Mediterranean Salad comes full of flavor with mixed greens, artichokes, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and topped with a feta and sundried tomato vinaigrette.
You may recognize the Tuna Bowl Salad from Panorama’s previous menu! It received so many raving reviews that Chef Matt had to bring it back for the new Fall menu.
For those ordering this delicious dish, your eyes and tastebuds will be delighted with its beautiful display of mixed greens, white rice, fresh, sesame-seared Yellowfin Tuna, sliced carrots, seaweed, pickled ginger, and a wasabi-soy drizzle.
The New England Clam Chowder, the Salmon Bruschetta, the Butternut Squash Ravioli, as well as the Steak & Frites are great options to try. These are perfect to enjoy as the air turns brisk and the afternoons and nights become chillier.
For those with an appetite for seafood, chowder and salmon are perfect choices. The New England Clam Chowder is creamy, rich and is served with bacon, onions, celery, and potatoes. The Salmon Bruschetta is served with tomato-basil bruschetta, Parmesan cheese, a balsamic reduction, white rice, and Chef’s vegetables.
For those looking for heartier options try these: The Butternut Squash Ravioli finds the perfect balance between sweet, rich, and savory with its butternut squash filling, delicious cream sauce, and sauteed ground sausage and kale. And lastly, the classic Steak & Frites is a tried-and-true favorite and comes served with a 12 oz. NY strip steak, house frites, and garlic aioli.
And you cannot leave without a sweet treat…
Chef Matt’s favorite Cranberry White Chocolate Bread Pudding with vanilla ice cream and caramel whipped cream returns to the menu and provides a great mix of warm, sweet flavors perfect for a cool fall day.
In addition, other favorites are the rich and creamy New York Cheesecake or Flourless Chocolate Cake. You really can’t go wrong with any choice here!
