Join us this Thanksgiving for the annual Dam Turkey Trot 5K & 1-Mile Race! Enjoy scenic views, get active, and support a great cause—proceeds benefit the Campton and Thornton Firefighters Association. In 2022, we raised $3,000 for new equipment and training, and this year we’re aiming to surpass that!

The 5km race course starts at Owl’s Nest Resort’s new Lakehouse and runs to The Dam Brewhouse where racers will find an aid station, returning along the same route to Owl’s Nest Resort. The 1mi course will take place within Owl’s Nest Resort. The courses will be marked with chalk arrows on the ground and staked arrow signs at significant intersections.
