Last month Owl’s Nest Resort had the pleasure of announcing the reopening of our golf course and onsite restaurant, Panorama Six82. As the state of New Hampshire continues phase two, Governor Sununu has now approved the reopening of all rented accommodations – hotels, motels, short-term rentals, cabin rentals, bed and breakfasts, and inns. While we’re excited to welcome you back, we’ll be doing so under strict, precautionary guidelines to maintain a healthy sanctuary at Owl’s Nest Resort. The following measures will be taken as mandated by the state:
Guideline #1: Starting Friday, June 5th, we can accept overnight reservations from New Hampshire residents, or out-of-state visitors who have met the 14-day quarantine requirement. Reservations may be accepted by phone or online. At check-in please bring the following:
NH residents will only need to bring their driver’s license at check in. For our out-of-state visitors, you must sign a document attesting that all the person(s) staying at the lodging facility remained at a home for at least 14 days, only going out for essential items while wearing face masks when within less than 6 feet of another person during this 14 day “quarantine”.
Guideline #2: All staff will be screened for symptoms or risk factors related to COVID-19. While we currently have no reported cases at the resort, if an employee does show signs of COVID-19 they will be sent home to quarantine for at least 14 days.
Guideline #3: Our employees will be conducting enhanced housekeeping sanitation strategies after every room use and throughout all common areas, including door handles, faucets, and all other customer touchpoints. We’ll utilize state of the art sanitation tools from Evaclean, a leading company in sanitation and infection prevention.
Guideline #4: We ask that you do NOT enter Owl’s Nest Resort if you answer yes to the any of the following questions:
- Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
- Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?
- Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
- Have you had changes in your sense of taste or smell?
Please don’t put our employees and other guests at risk. We’ll be more than happy to reschedule your lodging at another date when you feel better. Any deposit will be returned.
Guideline #5: All staff will be required to wear cloth face covering or masks when coming inside the social distance range of others. We highly encourage our guests follow the same protocol.
Please Note: We are booking Stay & Play groups. If you’re looking to book a Stay & Play group, we advise you call our Lodging Team at (602) 726-3026 ext. 299 so they can better explain the golf and lodging protocols in place for guests looking to book with us. If you currently have a Stay & Play group booked, please reach out to the team with any questions. Our team will also be sending over updated information before your stay.
If you have further questions or concerns regarding our new protocols, feel free to contact us. A list of instructions and guidelines will also be included in your reservation confirmation. We look forward to seeing you soon – from six feet apart, of course!
