The 3rd annual Holiday Gala will be hosted at The LakeHouse on Saturday, December 14th, 2024, from 5:00 – 10:00pm ET. The festivities will kick off with a cocktail hour that will begin at 5:00pm, which will include one complimentary drink as well as passed hors d’oeuvres, including Potato Latkes, Vegetarian Greek Salad Sushi Rolls, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Skewers, and Pork Belly Bao Buns. Starting at 6:30pm, guests will be served a three-course plated dinner, followed by some entertaining live music by Emily’s Garage band!
You will not want to miss out on this year’s Gala menu, which will blow your taste buds away! Guests will start off with the Orange & Pomegranate Salad, served with baby spinach, mandarin oranges, pomegranate seeds, shallots, goat cheese, and a rosemary Dijon dressing. For the second course, guests can choose from the Braised Beef Short Rib, Potato Crusted Halibut, or the Pumpkin and Butternut Stuffed Ravioli. The Braised Beef Short Rib is served with herb goat cheese mashed potatoes, roasted maple glazed baby carrots, and a pan sauce. The Potato Crusted Halibut is served with lemon risotto, roasted asparagus, and a bearnaise sauce. And for a cozy comfort meal, the Pumpkin and Butternut Stuffed Ravioli is served with a creamy maple sage sauce, sauteed kale and carrots, and pine nuts. Of course, you cannot finish without dessert – enjoy the Poached Pear, served with cinnamon cake, bourbon caramel, whipped cream and berries.
Seating for this event will be organized in a family-style, with tables of 8 and 10 available downstairs and a limited quantity of seating available upstairs. If you have a preference of who you would like to be seated near as well as the location of your seating, please make a note when purchasing your tickets and Owl’s Nest will do its best to accommodate you and your party.
