Owl’s Nest Resort welcomed players of all skill levels to its Racquet Complex through a series of instructional clinics focused on pickleball, tennis, and platform tennis. Throughout the season, these clinics provided guests and members with the opportunity to improve their skills, stay active, and enjoy the growing popularity of racquet sports in the White Mountains.
Racquet sports offer a fun and social way to stay active while building strength, stamina, balance, and agility. The clinics at Owl’s Nest were designed to accommodate players at every level, from beginners learning the fundamentals to more experienced athletes looking to refine their technique and strategy.
The clinic schedule featured a variety of instructional formats throughout the week, including skill-based sessions, cardio-focused classes, and live-ball play. These sessions allowed participants to work on key elements of the game such as shot placement, court movement, and doubles strategy while enjoying a supportive and energetic learning environment.
In addition to adult clinics, Owl’s Nest also hosted junior programming that introduced younger players to the fundamentals of racquet sports. The junior clinics helped students build confidence on the court while developing core skills in pickleball and tennis.
Guests also had the opportunity to participate in custom small-group sessions through the resort’s “3 and Me” clinics, which provided more personalized instruction in tennis, pickleball, and paddle. These sessions were led by the resort’s racquet professionals, including Director of Racquets Cos Chiujdea and Assistant Pro Crosby Fay, along with additional instructional staff throughout the season.
The Racquet Complex at Owl’s Nest continues to serve as a hub for racquet sports in the region, offering clinics, lessons, and social play opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
